• Understand the root causes of neck and shoulder tension and how to prevent them.

• Learn basic knowledge about muscle structures, the cervical spine, and essential points to keep in mind during a massage.

• Practice neck and shoulder massage techniques with step-by-step guidance from our instructors.

• Partner up for hands-on practice with personalized adjustments to ensure you can confidently apply these skills after the workshop.

• Discover simple daily stretches to release stiffness right at home.
