The primary instructor is Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang - the Director and primary skills coach at Dao's Care, with more than 6 years of experience and the ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese.

The workshop covers a range of effective neck and shoulder massage techniques, providing participants with a diverse toolkit to address different issues, such as muscle tension, knots, and stress-related discomfort.
